Description
Earn your merit badge in one day with the help of the UW American Nuclear Society! Activities for this year include:
  • Tour of the UW-Fusion Facilities and possible tour of the UW-Nuclear Reactor.
  • Informative presentations on Nuclear Science, Nuclear Engineering, Radiation Detection, and Careers in the Nuclear industry.
  • Hands on activities with radiation detectors and cloud chambers

Important Notes For This Year
Registration is now completed online. Homework will be collected through an online quiz format. We ask that participating scouts are in 7th grade or higher.
